Phase 1 is a cross-sectional survey using the DERS-SF and custom game-state measures, with later phases moving into experience sampling and behavioral observation.

Grounded in time perspective psychology and self-regulation theory, the framework is currently being mapped against existing academic literature for publication as a practice/theoretical hybrid paper.

I'm an independent researcher looking for co-investigators and methodology feedback. If your work touches emotional regulation, gaming psychology, time perspective, or ADHD — I'd like to hear from you.
